Dear Waggoner Families,
This Tuesday we are excited to invite you to the first PTA meeting of 2021! The Winters Combined PTA supports both Waggoner and Rominger and we invite all parents to join us that night to hear what's coming up! This meeting is virtual and the Zoom link is below.
Also, we have Global School Play Day coming up February 3rd, and Valentines Day is just around the corner. Stay tuned for more information as we reimagine these in a fun virtual way.
It's also almost time for Kindergarten and TK registration for the 2021-22 school year! You can request a packet or information at the links below or by visiting the Waggoner website.
Also, as you may know, we have postponed our hybrid reopening and Yolo County still remains in the purple tier. Things are always changing, and we do not know yet the impact of the governor's new proposal for reopening at the elementary level. We will be reopening our small cohorts for special education on February 16th. We will continue to update as we know more. Thank you for your patience. We can't wait to be back with students when it is safe to do so.
Además, como sabrá, hemos pospuesto nuestra reapertura híbrida y el condado de Yolo aún permanece en el nivel púrpura. Las cosas siempre están cambiando y aún no conocemos el impacto de la nueva propuesta del gobernador de reapertura a nivel de primaria. Volveremos a abrir nuestras pequeñas cohortes para educación especial el 16 de febrero. Continuaremos actualizándonos a medida que sepamos más. Gracias por su paciencia. No podemos esperar a volver con los estudiantes cuando sea seguro hacerlo.
